Ekta has successfully organized five spokenword gatherings in the past, encouraging experienced and amateur writers, artists, musicians, and performers to share their work. The spokenword gatherings have enabled people to share poetry, music, stories, poltical expression, and video in a open and safe environment that encourages artistic socio-political expression.
